Hi, I’m Callum - a wedding photographer drawn to honest connection and the quieter moments that often need guiding into full expression. I work closely with my couples, building trust and bringing a calm, grounded presence to the day, so you can feel like yourselves rather than performing for the camera.

Vulnerability isn’t something that simply appears. There’s a common belief that if you stand back long enough, meaningful moments will just magically reveal themselves but in reality, they rarely do. Love is fragile, and even on a wedding day people protect themselves, often without realising it. The closeness, the tenderness, the moments people hope for tend to sit just beneath the surface and often need a guiding hand to bring them out in front of the camera.

That’s where my work lives, in the space between hesitation and expression. By paying close attention to people and their energy, I’m able to recognise when someone is holding back, and when they’re ready to be fully present in the moment. Sometimes that means offering quiet guidance, sometimes it means stepping away entirely. The balance matters.

I don’t believe in forcing moments, and I don’t believe in pretending the camera has no influence either. What I do believe in is creating the conditions where vulnerability feels safe enough to surface because when it does, love shows up in its most honest form. That’s what gives photographs their weight.

Based in South Wales, I photograph weddings across the UK and abroad, always with the same intention: to create work marked by restraint, presence, and honesty. Creating images that hold how the day felt, not just how it looked.
